We want you to be completely satisfied with your Short Fine Leg purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help — within the terms below.
1.1 Return Window
You may raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
1.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as received — unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Not fall under the non-returnable categories listed below.
1.3 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at caught@shortfineleg.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Toe protectors (or any product) that have been stitched onto cricket shoes or glued in place — these are considered permanently applied and used.

Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration.

Items with removed or damaged tags and original packaging.

Sale items and gift cards.

Custom or personalised products.
If you are unsure whether your product can be returned, please contact us before applying or using it.
1.5 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at caught@shortfineleg.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos where applicable. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
4.6 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once your return is accepted) and place a new order separately. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

1.8 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at caught@shortfineleg.com.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
